Service Related Information

Bell MTS may send you service related information on a regular basis via email addressed to the primary email address for your Internet account, or to another Email address provided by you to Bell MTS for the purpose of receiving information about Bell MTS services. If you provide Bell MTS with another email address for the purpose of receiving information about your email account it is your responsibility to ensure that such email address remains current (not dormant) at all times.

You agree to review and to familiarize yourself with all service related information sent to you by Bell MTS, and you agree that Bell MTS is not liable to you in any way for your failure to do so. Your continued use of the service following the sending of any such service related information to the address specified by you means that you are aware of such information and will act accordingly.
